Invoicing your Ship2Me Sarasota Packages Today

Just a quick reminder: If you still have packages with us in Sarasota on Wednesday September 19th, we will send you an invoice to ship them to you by Friday, September 21st. We still require action on your part to pay the invoice or authorize us to charge you before we can ship, so please respond to these invoice emails promptly.

Please address all future packages to your Ship2Me Mailbox using the new address below:

Please note that the "106" on our old address in unnecessary for our new address as it was our suite number. Our phone number and email addresses will stay the same so please let us know any questions or concerns you have about the transition.

Ship2Me Oregon Address Reminder

Have you started using our new Sales-tax free address in Portland, Oregon, yet? Just a quick reminder: Please address all future packages to your Ship2Me Mailbox using the new address below. New Ship-To Address Reminder

We want to follow up with a quick reminder of our new sales-tax free Ship2Me address. Please use our new address for new orders you place to send to Your Ship2Me Mailbox, and make plans to have your packages in Sarasota forwarded to you as soon as possible to avoid the last minute rush. Premium Plus Mailbox Members; please send a change of address to all regular mail senders as soon as possible.

Please Note These Important Dates:

  • September 19, Wednesday: We will invoice you to ship all remaining packages in Sarasota to your address. This is also the last day we will register packages to your mailbox in Sarasota.
  • September 21, Friday: The last day packages will be shipped from Sarasota to you


Please remember that everything else stays the same, even our phone number and email addresses, but we will not be able to consolidate packages that are at different warehouses – for this very short period of time; once all your packages are in Portland the consolidation services will be as it is now.

Ship2Me New Sales-Tax Free Address Info

As we announced last week we are shifting our operations to the State of Oregon, giving you the advantage of a sales-tax free Ship-To address. Here are are t he details we promised. Starting today please use the following Ship-To address for your new orders:

Nothing else in your membership will change. Your mailbox number will be the same, your benefits, fees, customer service, even our phone number and email addresses - everything will stay the same, except you will have a 7% savings on every purchase you send to that address.

Please Note These Important Dates:

  • September 4, Tuesday: First day you can address packages to our new, sales-tax free Portland, Oregon address
  • September 4, Tuesday: Premium Plus Mailbox Members; please send a change of address to all regular mail senders
  • September 19, Wednesday: We will invoice you to ship all remaining packages in Sarasota to your address. This is also the last day we will register packages to your mailbox in Sarasota (not Sept 21 as we said in the August Newsletter)
  • September 21, Friday: The last day packages will be shipped from Sarasota to you

We are taking every precaution to assure that there is no disruption to the delivery of your packages to either location. If you have already placed an order and are expecting delivery of your packages to our old address (7357 International Pl, Suite 106, Sarasota, FL 34240), there is nothing that you need to do. Do not worry about the delivery of your items. We have coordinated with our couriers at both locations.

Please remember we will not be able to consolidate packages that are at different warehouses - for this very short period of time; once all your packages are in Portland the consolidation services will be as it is now.
